Zoom Recruitment was started in August 2004 with one simple belief: imagine how much better the world could be if everyone treated people the way they want to be treated.
From a modest 300 square metre warehouse in Williamstown, Victoria, the company has expanded over the last 18 years to be a national organisation with many branches across Australia.
But despite all the growth, one thing has stayed the same: people are still at the very core of what we do.
I wanted to establish a recruitment company that treats people better whether they are desperately looking for a job, or they are looking to hire staff in less than 24 hours. I made sure that every person feels that they matter to me. I am proud to say that at Zoom Recruitment, we are particular with hiring people who share this passion.
