Our growth as a company has only cemented our belief that people are our most precious resource.
Zoom Recruitment was started in August 2004 with one simple belief: imagine how much better the world could be if everyone treated people the way they want to be treated.
From a modest 300 square metre warehouse in Williamstown, Victoria, the company has expanded over the last 18 years to be a national organisation with many branches across Australia.
But despite all the growth, one thing has stayed the same: people are still at the very core of what we do.
2003
From our low-key warehouse in Williamstown, we started out with our first clients in the Construction, Civil and Rail sector.
2007
As we partnered with clients in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Lisa Giakalis our current National Operations manager, joined the team. Our company was quickly developing at this stage and we opened another branch in Dandenong, Victoria.
2008
This was an exciting year when we expanded on a national scale. We opened offices in both New South Wales and Queensland to further service our clients in the construction, manufacturing, retail an logistics sectors.
2013
We acquired Exact Recruitment and extended our reach to the Mining and Resources sector in Western Australia, where we opened a branch in South Perth.
2015
Zoom Recruitment was thriving, and in 2015, we held our first official AGM in Sydney. The AGM was a chance to celebrate our wins and give historical ignificance to the people at our company.
2019
After many years of consulting with us, Peter Kyriopoulos, our current Director, officially joined the team. Zoom Recruitment started its Digital Transformation Project which streamlined our systems and technology to deliver recruitment services with efficiency with people-first as a focus of our processes.
2021

I wanted to establish a recruitment company that treats people better whether they are desperately looking for a job, or they are looking to hire staff in less than 24 hours. I made sure that every person feels that they matter to me. I am proud to say that at Zoom Recruitment, we are particular with hiring people who share this passion.
