We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Account Manager to take ownership of an existing portfolio of industrial clients and casual workforce. The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and candidates.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited too:

* Managing and growing a portfolio of active industrial clients
* Conducting regular service reviews and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
* Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a high-volume casual workforce
* Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records using FastTrack360
* Leading toolbox talks, site visits, and WHS walk-throughs to uphold safety standards
* Collaborating with internal teams to support effective workforce planning and delivery

About You

We’re seeking a motivated recruitment professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering with urgency, professionalism, and care.

You’ll bring:

* Proven experience in agency-based recruitment or account management (highly desirable)
* A solid understanding of labour hire compliance and recruitment processes
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High levels of initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong organisational skills
* Tech confidence – experience with FastTrack360 is a bonus
