Account Manager- Recruitment
The Role
As a key member of our operations team, your focus will be on managing and growing an existing portfolio of industrial clients.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and play a central role in ensuring we deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
– Managing and expanding a portfolio of active industrial clients within the casual recruitment space.
– Conducting regular service reviews and maintaining proactive communication with key stakeholders.
– Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a casual workforce for ongoing and ad hoc assignments in a 360 role.
– Maintaining compliance and accurate candidate and client records using FastTrack360
– Conducting toolbox meetings, site visits, and safety walk-throughs to ensure WHS standards are upheld
– Working closely with internal colleagues to support workforce planning and client delivery
About You
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager who understands the fast-paced nature of labour hire and can deliver consistently to a high level and possesses the following attributes:
– Previous experience in an agency-based Account Management or Recruitment Consultant role (blue-collar/industrial focus highly regarded)
– Strong understanding of end-to-end labour hire recruitment and compliance obligations
– Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, a positive attitude and a resilient nature.
– High levels of initiative, organisation, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
– A client-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence
– Tech proficiency and a willingness to adopt new systems – experience with FastTrack is ideal
