Accounts Receivable Officer

Our client is a successful Transport & Logistics Company located in the West of Sydney.

We currently have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable officer to join this friendly team.
 
About the role
Reporting to the National Credit and Invoicing Manager, and working within a team of (10), you will be responsible for:
– Ensuring clients are paying accounts to terms 
– Actioning credit requests in a timely manner
– Managing Overdue accounts
– Processing Invoices
– Reconciliations
– Handling client enquires regarding Invoicing
– Debt Collection and Credit control
 
About the successful candidate
In order to succeed in this fast paced environment, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:

– Solid Accounts Receivable and Invoicing background from a high volume background
– Excellent communication skills- verbal and written 
– High attention to detail and computer proficiency
– Ability to work well independently or in a team environment  

A background from within the Transport & Logistics industry is advantageous but not essential.
