Administration Officer
Zoom Recruitment are currently recruiting for an administration assistant/customer service officer role in the Gas industry based in Torrensville, an ongoing role casual role with potential to lead into a permanent opportunity on site.
Duties
- Various Administrative tasks including but not limited to
- Open and Close Work orders
- Create Purchase orders and requisitions based on quotes
- Invoicing customers and processing vendor invoices
- Assisting with Scheduling of installation and maintenance
- liaising with service and project coordinators to best allocate resources
- Primary point of call for service calls
Requirements
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft office, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High Level of time management
- Customer focus
- Willingness to learn

- Customer focused
