Administration Officer – 2 Positions Available

Due to continued growth, we are seeking two experienced Administration Officers to join their high-performing warehouse operations teams in Greystanes and Kemps Creek.

About the Role

These roles will play a key part in supporting daily warehouse and operational administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and system updates

• Inspection processing and stock receiving

• Scanning, boxing, labelling, and packaging documentation

• PO management

• Compliance and document control

• Scheduling (maintenance and training coordination)

• Vendor liaison and communication

• General administrative support to operations team

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Mature-minded and proactive

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision

• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual (particularly for the 6:00am start in Kemps Creek)

Previous experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
