Privately owned and operated with a current team of 7, this companies’ client portfolio is on a upward trend and many more Contracts are looking to be signed off in the very near future. This will enable those in both Operations, Client Services, Customs, and Sales to speed up their professional careers and build a bigger team around them.
We are targeting those with 6mnths – to 10+ years in International Sales roles. But you will need to demonstrate your success through sales ratios, achieved KPIs targets and revenue contribution and fundamentally why you think you make a good sales person.
Remuneration will be in line with current experience, however an attractive bonus structure will not disappoint. If anyone has ever thought of going out on their own, this is the closest thing, without the stress of business loans.
You enjoy the trill of the chase, and can influence major stakeholders, you don’t get bothered by rejection- “just another day at the office” you say, and believe in yourself, and can show drive and dedication to the job.
You dress the part, talk the walk, but, are an exceptional listener and can qualify information to suit your audience. You convey emotional empathy, good problem solving skills and most of all, hold a high level of work values.
Not afraid to address a room of Board Members, in fact, you feel confident presenting to senior leaders of any company and are not fussed by the tough questions. Any yes, you will get them from us also. Know your numbers guys!! Do you know your close ratios? What’s your pipeline looks like? Anyone that doesn’t work off pipelines, don’t bother applying!
