This opportunity is one that involves building your team around “your” long- term success. About You

We are targeting those with 6 months – to 10+ years in International Sales roles, you will be able to demonstrate your success through sales ratios, achieved KPIs targets and revenue contribution.
Do you know your close ratios? What your pipeline looks like? How have you made your job more efficient from last year? Are you working smarter or harder – how? Where has your growth from last come from over the last 12 months? How has the challenge of Freight delays affected your job? Margins – how have they impacted your volume of sales?
You will not be afraid to address a room of Board Members, in fact, you feel confident presenting to senior leaders of any company and are not fussed by the tough questions. Any yes, you will get them from us also.
  
You dress the part, talk the talk & walk the walk,  you are an exceptional listener and can qualify information to suit your audience. You convey emotional empathy, good problem-solving skills and most of all, hold a high level of work values.
You enjoy the trill of the chase, and can influence major stakeholders, you don’t get bothered by rejection- “just another day at the office” you say, and believe in yourself, and can show drive and dedication to the job.
