Cold Storage Packers – Laverton North

Good Afternoon,

Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Cold Storage Voice Packers for a reputable facility in Laverton. We are looking for dedicated, reliable candidates who demonstrate 100% commitment and punctuality in their roles.

Shift Pattern:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Flexibility for overtime is required.

Hours:

First 3 Months: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Overtime may be required post-shift.

After 3 Months: Flexibility to work between 8 to 12 hours per day – Overtime falls Pre shift on Dayshift.

Please note: Once you accept the roster, changes to your scheduled days are not allowed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Tugger experience.

At least 1 year of Voice Picking experience.

Valid references in warehousing and logistics.

Ability to work through Easter, Christmas, and all public holidays, except for Good Friday and Christmas Day (site has blackout periods during these times).

Recruitment Process:

Attend an interview at our Keilor Park office.

Complete a site walkthrough in Laverton North.

Participate in an information session at Keilor Park.

Compensation:

Day Shift: $37.03 per hour (base rate).

Public Holidays: $81.46 per hour.

Freezer Work: $1.42 per hour additional.
