Zoom Recruitment is seeking experienced and reliable Cold Storage Packers and Reach Forklift Operators to join our client’s growing teams in Truganina and Laverton. These roles are based in a modern, state-of-the-art facility with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professional development.

We offer casual roles with permanent potential, hourly rates starting from $37, and genuine career progression within a highly respected logistics provider.

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (pre-shift overtime may be required)

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (post-shift overtime may be required)

Monday to Friday – Weekend shifts available for overtime

To be successful, you will need:

Comfortable working in cold storage environments (freezer/chiller)

Packers: Minimum 6 months experience operating a Tugger

Forklift Operators: Minimum 2 years experience on a Reach Truck (Crown preferred)

Experience using RF scanners

Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg repetitively

Able to provide a valid police check (or willing to obtain one at own cost)
