Customer Service Officer
Customer Service Officer – Launceston Tasmania
Monday- Wednesday-Friday with potential 5 days (Rate $34 plus!!!
- Act as the main point of contact, handling orders, payments, inquiries, account establishment, sales, and installations for customers and agents.
- Assist in managing debtors.
- Process deliveries, check and follow up on manifests.
- Handle filing, invoicing, delivery receipts, and accounts payable.
- Support other branch functions as needed.
- Participate in directed training sessions.

- Accurate administrative skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer and keyboard skills.
- Effective internal and external communication, both written and verbal.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Demonstrated clerical and administrative experience.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary; essential to possess understanding, tolerance, and common sense.
- Highly developed verbal, telephone, and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Initiative, organizational skills, and flexibility for teamwork and independent work.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of local area geography is advantageous but not required.
- Experience in identifying and effectively handling difficult situations and conflicts.
- Proficient in relevant computer and keyboard skills, including database entry.
- Ability to multitask and share team responsibilities.
Must be able to pass Police check & Client Medical
