Customer Service Officer
our Responsibilities will include:
- Provide a high standard of customer service while answering calls and emails.
- Process customer orders and payments.
- Establish new accounts.
- Assist other functions by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity.
- Perform Administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation and price adjustments.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Customer Service experience is essential (previous experience in a call centre will be highly regarded)
- Enthusiastic with a Can-Do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- High problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution.
- Strong computer skills – including Excel.
