Customer Service Officer

our Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service while answering calls and emails.
  • Process customer orders and payments.
  • Establish new accounts.
  • Assist other functions by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity.
  • Perform Administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation and price adjustments.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Customer Service experience is essential (previous experience in a call centre will be highly regarded)
  • Enthusiastic with a Can-Do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • High problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution.
  • Strong computer skills – including Excel.
