Customer Service Officer
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers-providing excellent service over the phone and via email.
You’ll handle a variety of tasks, including taking incoming calls, placing orders, setting up new customer accounts, and responding to general enquiries. If you enjoy helping people, have great communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Open and manage new customer accounts
Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, helpful information
Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues quickly
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Uphold company service standards and contribute to a positive team culture
About You:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident using computer systems and CRM software
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers
Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Successful candidate must have unlimited Australian working rights, this position would not be suitable for those on student visas or with other work restrictions.
