Customer Service Officer

Zoom Recruitment & Training have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer available for an immediate start for one of our transport clients based in Hazelmere.

  • Hazelmere Location
  • Monday to Friday Hours with possible overtime
  • 7am – 4pm shifts

To be considered for the following you need to have demonstrated the following:-

  • Provide customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement of departmental objectives and targets
  • Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe efficient manner, in accordance with all statutory requirements and policies and procedures
  • Assist in developing cross sector trading opportunities

Successful applicants will have:

  • At least 2 years experience in transport industry is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in using SAP software is essential
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Efficient telephone technique
  • Good interpersonal skills and High level of presentation
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and experience
  • Attention to Detail
  • Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
  • Time management skills / able to prioritise workload
