Customer Service Officer – Gas Supplier

Location: Coolum Beach

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our busy team in Coolum Beach. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, managing multiple tasks, and working as part of a supportive team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service across phone and email channels. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls

Responding to customer enquiries via email

Taking and processing customer orders

Setting up new customer accounts

Answering queries regarding products, deliveries, and accounts

Accurately updating customer records and systems

Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

A positive, professional, and customer-first attitude

Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
