A vacancy currently exists for an Engineering Administration Assistant to join the team in Victoria. Based in the northern suburbs you will be responsible for;
About the role
Roles and responsibilities
- Maintaining housekeeping and OHS safety standards on site
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with maintenance programs
- Ensure that good manufacturing practices are observed
- Contact and follow up with clients and suppliers by email, phone or in person
- Administrative duties including organise meeting schedules, data entry of expenses
- Processing invoices, tracking orders and receipting
Skills and Experience;
To be successful you will need to have the following:
- Pleasant and professional communication skills to be able to liaise with supplies
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Sound knowledge of the processing of products
- Self motivated and team orientated
