About the Job
Based out of their Head Office in Keilor East, they are currently looking for someone to join their Export department to manage a high volume and long – term Customer. You will manage all their Export Cargo and help distribute their product all around the world.
Skills and Experience
- We are looking for an experienced and self – managed Export Operator who also has good Customer Service and Account Management skills to offer and assist in problem solving and providing options for their Customers.
- You will be required to meet business KPI’s and specific customers expectations. Working closely with this customers Key Account Manage, as a team you will both foster a professional and efficient relationship with key Stakeholders
- Ideally you have 3-5 years experience in Export Freight Forwarding Operations, have professional experience using EDI Cargowise 1 and familiar with PAVE
- Experience moving food grade products advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of fumigation processes and regulations advantageous.
