Your duties would include:
- Customer service. You will be communicating with clients regarding schedule, delivery times, and more.
- Account Management. A variety of clients will be under your portfolio.
- Order booking & scheduling and fleet scheduling. You will be the middle-man between clients and truck drivers.
- And more!
What we need:
- The ability to pass National Crime Check and Drug & Alcohol test
- The ability to route selected jobs to a heavy vehicle driver
- Decision-making and the ability to take direction
- A quick learner with a can-do attitude
- Profficient literacy and numeracy skills
- Two contactable references
