Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking multiple High Reach, Forklift Operators and Stores people who are available for an immediate start working for various high-profile transport and logistics clients based in Bentley, Bassendean, Bunbury, High Wycombe, Lansdale, Maddington, Kewdale, Hazelmere and Spearwood.

• Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts available
• Full time hours available
• $31 to $50 per hour plus penalty rates & super
• MUST be able to pass a current National Police Clearance
• MUST be able to pass drug and alcohol tests
• MUST be physically fit
• Potential for ongoing work for the right candidates.

To be successful in this opportunity you will need:

• Current Forklift License
• Minimum 2 years high reach forklift experience in a fast paced warehouse environment is essential
• Minimum 4 levels high racking experience is essential
• Voice Picking experience
• RF scanning highly desirable but not essential
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling items 15kg-20kg
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be well presented with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and a quick learner
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Ability to work fulltime hours weekly on an ongoing basis, therefore NO restrictions to working rights in Australia.
• Have reasonable flexibility with shift start and finish times and over time
• Able to demonstrate high level of safety awareness
• Have a current driver’s license and own reliable transport (please note: public transport is limited in some locations)
• Have two contactable references.
