Forklift Operator

Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a leading global logistics provider within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Our client is a well-established international supply chain organisation specialising in warehousing, transport, and integrated logistics solutions. With a strong safety culture and structured operational processes, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work within a professional and supportive team.

What’s on Offer:

• $36.15 per hour

• Modern, high-volume warehouse environment

• Morning and day shifts between 6:00am and 4:00pm
  (Candidates must be flexible within these hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating High Reach (HR) and Counterbalance (CB) forklifts

• Working with stock stored 7-8 bays high

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Putaways, replenishment and order staging

• Using RF handheld scanners

• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy

To Be Successful You Must Have:

• Proven experience operating both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Experience loading and unloading trucks

• Confidence working at heights (7-8 racking levels)

• Familiarity with RF handheld devices

• Availability and flexibility to work between 6:00am and 4:00pm

• Strong reliability and commitment to workplace safety
