Freight Handler

About the Role:
Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Freight Forwarder for a day shift role based in Royal Park. This position involves working with a global leader in the freight forwarding industry, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting on cargo status and movements
• Data entry and accurate record keeping
• Picking and packing of freight
• Loading and unloading cargo
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures
• Timely delivery to clients, ensuring full and on-time deliveries

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A solid understanding of airline terminology
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of import and export laws and regulations
• A valid forklift (FL) license
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A valid driver’s license

Must have Full working rights in Australia.
