Gas & Gear Representative

Zoom Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Athol Park. This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established, Australian-owned business that is a trusted supplier of welding equipment, consumables, and industrial gases.

Day to day duties include:

• General Labouring: Assisting with general warehouse activities and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
• Stock Management: Organizing and tracking inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Picking and Packing: Preparing and packing orders for delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
• Loading and Unloading: Handling the loading and unloading of trucks and vans by hand, ensuring goods are securely stored and dispatched.

Successful Candidate Must:

• Experience working in an industrial environment, with a good understanding of warehouse operations.
• A positive, proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with basic computer tasks, including data entry and inventory management systems.
• Forklift License desired not essential.
• Pre-Employment Checks – Include medical, functional capacity assessment, drug and alcohol screen and 2 satisfactory reference checks.
• Full Time working rights in Australia
