HC Driver Knoxfield

Seeing HC licensed truck drivers for new roles in Knoxfield, ASAP starts!

Our client are a multi-national logistics company, delivering over 1.7 billion parcels per year. They are seeking licensed and experienced HC drivers to join their team. These roles are temp to perm and are a fantastic opportunity!

Note: if a start out of Knoxfield cannot be facilitated, a start out of Cranbourne West may be facilitated.

About the role:

• Shift starting at 5:00am, paying $44.86 per hour + penalties for any completed overtime and weekend work.
• You will safely operate trucks to transport empty pallets to and from customer sites–no hand loading or unloading required.
• You will be expected to utilise a counterbalance forklift to load and unload your truck.
• You will be strapping loads.
• You will conduct pre-start checks and maintain the vehicle to a high standard.
• You will comply with all road laws and duty of care to others on the road.
• You will complete daily paperwork, including prestarts, truck run sheets and delivery dockets.

What we require:

• A valid HC driver’s licence with a minimum of 1 year road transport experience, 2 years preferred.
• LF Forklift Licence desired.
• The completion of a National Crime Check & Drug and Alcohol test.
• A recent Driver’s History report inclusive of demerits, convictions and verification.
• Two contactable referees related to transport experience.
