Machine Operator
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery used in the manufacture of steel tubing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality standards are met and production targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery to produce steel tubing to specification
Conduct quality checks and record production data
Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
Work effectively as part of a team during both day and night shifts
Shift Pattern:
12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Applicants must be willing and able to work both day and night shifts
About You:
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
Mechanically minded with good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Comfortable working in a physically active, industrial environment
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
