Machine Operator – Front End Loader

🕑 Afternoon Shift | 2:00pm-10:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our busy steel recycling yard. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment, ideal for someone confident operating heavy machinery and committed to safety.

About the Role

Operating a front end loader to move, sort and load scrap steel

Feeding material into processing equipment

Loading trucks and maintaining stockpiles

Conducting pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance

Working closely with yard staff to meet daily production targets

Requirements

Proven experience operating a front end loader

Strong awareness of workplace health and safety

Ability to work in a high-volume, heavy industrial environment

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights
