Machine Operator – Day and Afternoon Shift

About the role:
Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking Machine Operators on day or afternoon shift for an industry leader in steel reinforcing.

Day to day duties include:

• Manual handling
• Operating KRB, bending and folding machines
• General labour
• Hand and power tool use
• General housekeeping
• Loading and unloading

The successful candidates will have:

• Machine operation experience
• High-level communication skills
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Strong safety focus
• Own transport and driver’s licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test
• Physically fit – capable of lifting 20kg+

Shift Times

Day Shift
* Monday to Thursday: 5:50am – 2:00pm
* Friday: 5:50am – 12:00pm
* Overtime available as required

Afternoon Shift
* Monday to Thursday: 1:50pm – 10:00pm
* Friday: 11:50am – 6:00pm
* Overtime available as required
