Our client is one of the leading Beverage Companies within Australia and New Zealand. They represent a variety of well known brands, distributing both Alcoholic and Non – Alcoholic beverage and food products, across the world.
About the role
Reporting to the International Logistics Manager, this role requires someone to work 28 hours per week Monday to Thursday with Wednesdays based in the office in Tullamarine DC.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing logistics administration for all imported finished goods as well as raw materials across Australia /NZ
- Perform daily and weekly data entry into SAP & AZ Dynamics
- Process purchase orders for imports
- Manage import and shipping documentation, ie supplier invoices, shipping updates and storage requirements
Skills & Experience
Background and experience in an Imports or shipping administration or similar role ESSENTIAL. Knowledge of Incoterms and importation documents is ESSENTIAL. Experience in large volume FMCG and or the Food Distribution Sector is advantageous.
