We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our clients busy team in Beresfield, Newcastle. This is one of the friendliest teams in all of warehousing with a clean and organised warehouse to work in. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with unloading containers, restocking shelves, and putting away deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve KPIs and maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and general stock control tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support general warehouse duties including re-labelling, assembling product samples, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Comply with WHS guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for everyone.

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
