Position Overview: Production Operator
We are expanding our team in Wetherill Park and seeking dedicated cylinder maintenance operators. This pivotal role focuses on the meticulous filling, handling, and testing of cylinders, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety standards. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in delivering prompt service to our valued customers. Following comprehensive training over 6 weeks, you will also operate forklifts to support production efficiency.

- Prime Location: Nestled in Wetherill Park, this location offers convenience and accessibility.
- Rotating Roster, Ongoing Work: Monday through Friday on-going Schedule. Until trained, shifts will be from 5am-1:30pm. Upon completion of training, you will transition to a weekly rotating roster including day and afternoon shifts (5am and 1:30pm starts).
- Competitive Rates: Earn up to $36.00 per hour (Day Shift) & $41.40 per hour (Afternoon Shift).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manual handling and precise filling of medical cylinders
- Preparation and dispatch of customer gas orders
- Maintenance of cylinders to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Operating a forklift upon completion of production training
- Executing production tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Conducting quality checks to maintain high company standards
- Operation of a forklift – valid forklift license essential
Key Success Factors:
- Physical fitness and ability to manual handle
- Valid forklift license and demonstrated experience in forklift operations
- Commitment to working safely and adhering to safety guidelines
- Willingness to undergo medical/drug & alcohol testing and a police check
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across day and afternoon shift
- Strong work ethic
