Our client, head office in Campbellfield, is one of the most recognisable beverage brands.  Still proudly privately owned and run, they manufacturer and distribute a wide range of fruit juices and dairy products.

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic and experienced beverage Sales Representative / Territory Manager  to service the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.   

The main responsibilities include:

  • Identify and win new business to increase the width and depth of our product distribution
  • Execute strategies, business plans and promotional programs
  • Management of a set geographic territory of customers
  • Utilise systems and data to maximise opportunity(s) within the territory
  • Shelf management at store level
  • Report to the Managing Directors on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results

Skills & Experience:

  • High level of self-motivation and dedication
  • Demonstrated FMCG sales experience within Route, P&C or Foodservice highly regarded
  • Given the autonomous nature of this role, you’re comfortable working independently
  • Commercial selling, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Be comfortable with the use of technology and have an eye for detail
  • A valid Australian driver’s license
