Our client, head office in Campbellfield, is one of the most recognisable beverage brands. Still proudly privately owned and run, they manufacturer and distribute a wide range of fruit juices and dairy products.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic and experienced beverage Sales Representative / Territory Manager to service the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The main responsibilities include:
- Identify and win new business to increase the width and depth of our product distribution
- Execute strategies, business plans and promotional programs
- Management of a set geographic territory of customers
- Utilise systems and data to maximise opportunity(s) within the territory
- Shelf management at store level
- Report to the Managing Directors on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results
Skills & Experience:
- High level of self-motivation and dedication
- Demonstrated FMCG sales experience within Route, P&C or Foodservice highly regarded
- Given the autonomous nature of this role, you’re comfortable working independently
- Commercial selling, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Be comfortable with the use of technology and have an eye for detail
- A valid Australian driver’s license
