We’re currently seeking two experienced Service Coordinators to join our client’s dynamic and skilled service team based in Epping, Melbourne.
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in daily maintenance and dispatch operations, ensuring service, productivity, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to schedule service technicians’ work rosters effectively.
- Streamline and organise technicians’ workload for planned maintenance, quoted works, on-call rosters, and emergency breakdowns, optimising productivity.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manage works, upgrades, quotes, and invoice approvals seamlessly.
- Facilitate smooth communication with clients/customers regarding installation and service timelines.
- Address customer issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution related to jobs, invoicing, and installations.
- Organise upgrades for key accounts, contributing to stronger relationships and service quality enhancement.
- Maintain accurate job statuses within the planning schedule system.
- Ensure meticulous archive and document management for accurate record-keeping.
- Handle administrative tasks including quote typing, phone communication, and filing.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in a similar service-oriented position.
- Expertise in scheduling rosters for a fleet of Field Service Technicians.
- Calmness under pressure and exceptional time management skills.
- Geographic knowledge of NSW is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service and professional communication skills.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office suite.
