The Role:
We’re currently seeking an experienced Service Scheduler to join our client’s dynamic and skilled Planning team, based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. 
In this role, you will oversee the overall planning and service work management ensuring that Technicians are productive and jobs are completed time and within budget. 
Key Responsibilities:  

  1. Enter the schedules into the service planner ensuring that the technicians times are fully accounted for and productive meeting KPI’s
  2. Manage the regionalization and ensure that workloads and technicians are balanced in each region
  3. Work with customers to deliver to customer KPIs
  4. Review overdue WIP jobs each day and drive service teams to complete
  5. Maintain job profitably and within budget
  6. Implement and be involved in projects which drive Planning and tech efficiencies and productivity
  7. Regular engagement with customers and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Liaise with customers via email and phone

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:  

  • Proven experience in a similar service-oriented position.
  • Expertise in scheduling rosters for a fleet of Field Service Technicians.
  • Calmness under pressure and exceptional time management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and professional communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office suite.
