About The Role
An opportunity currently exists within their specialist retail branch located in Kalgoorlie WA,  for an experienced Territory Manager. 

The primary focus will be to provide exceptional Sales, Customer Service and equipment related advice and solutions to the end-customer.
Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop, growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects, working with local and trade allies within the local community and industry.
  • Promote and demonstrate a range of welding related equipment and machinery
  • Provide technical support and solutions to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Maintain accurate records (Salesforce & SAP)
  • Adhere to company safe working and manual handling practices
  • Work collaboratively across internal functions.  

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Strong sales and business development skills including customer negotiation
  • Experienced in growing existing accounts and generating and converting new business
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills and experience gained within a retail, wholesaler, dealer or other customer facing environment.
  • Previous exposure to industrial or trades related work environments 
  • Technical knowledge and aptitude with the desire to acquire product knowledge to better service the customer base. 
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Great personal presentation, a proactive attitude and a friendly personality
  • Strong levels of self-motivation and the will to succeed
  • Current Drivers Licence
