Truck Driver

Overview

We are searching for a motivated and reliable Truck Driver to join our team at our recycling plant in Burleigh Heads. The ideal candidate will hold a HR or HC license and have a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks to transport materials to and from the recycling plant
• Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and colleagues
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed

  Qualifications

• Valid HR or HC license
• Clean driving record
• Proven experience as a truck driver
• Strong commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical strength and endurance for loading and unloading

  Day-to-Day

• Drive trucks to transport materials to and from the recycling plant
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
