Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers for ongoing opportunities based in Kemps Creek.

Working in a modern distribution centre, you’ll be handling a range of products including beverages and pet food. This is an excellent opportunity to join a site renowned for its positive work culture, supportive leadership and long-term opportunities.

Position Details

Role: Voice Picker

Location: Kemps Creek, NSW

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:30pm
• PM Shift: 1:45pm – 9:45pm

Pay Rate: $40+ per hour

Roster: Monday to Friday (Ongoing)

Industry: National Logistics & Distribution – Beverages and Pet Food

Your Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and/or voice picking systems
• Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
• Manual handling of products, including beverages and pet food
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Working efficiently to meet daily productivity targets

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Previous warehouse pick packing experience (essential)
• Voice picking experience (highly regarded)
• Previous pallet wrapping experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
