Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Pickers for ongoing opportunities based in Erskine Park, commencing ASAP.

Working within the Pet Foods section of a modern distribution centre, you’ll be responsible for accurately voice picking pet food orders using RF Scanners and Ride-on Pallet Jacks.

Position Details

Role: Voice Picker

Location: Erskine Park, NSW

Start Date: ASAP

Start Time: 7:00am, 8 hour shifts, possible overtime available every shift

Product: Pet Foods

Pay Rate: $42.11 per hour (+ overtime rates)

Roster: Monday to Friday (Ongoing)

Industry: Logistics & Distribution – Pet Food

Your Responsibilities

• Accurately pick pet food orders using RF scanners
• Safely operate RPJ (Ride-On Pallet Jack) equipment
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Palletise, wrap and prepare orders for dispatch
• Manually handle pet food products, including lifting up to 20kg
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Previous warehouse picking experience (essential)
• RPJ experience (essential)
• RF scanning experience (essential)
• Voice picking experience (highly regarded)
• Ability to comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting – 20kgs
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good physical fitness and a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
• A current police check issued within the last 6 months
• Ability to successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
• Must be available to work Saturdays
