Warehouse Leading Hand – Dayshift

This organisation currently designs, manufactures, distributes and services operations in more than 100 countries.

The Role
An opportunity currently exists within their South Western Sydney based brand new modern warehouse facility for a Leading Hand to work on an ongoing dayshift in a full-time position between 6am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday. This role which will see you responsible for leading a small warehouse team while also working in a hands-on capacity.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the warehouse staff who handle product and parts
• Delegating work duties during the shift
• Implementing and maintaining processes and procedures.
• Provide shipment documents to shipping team
• Oversees the assembly of service parts kits per customers’ request
• Reviews inventory and cycle count records for accuracy according to SAP requests
• Prepares weekly inventory report as required
• Schedules and provides feedback to the warehouse team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidates will:

• Possess minimum of 3 years related working experience
• Good experience and record in leading warehouse for raw material codes, semi-finished products and finished goods
• Ability to use RF guns, read and fill out paperwork accurately.
• Possess current LF Forklift License
• Possess high reach forklift driving skills
• Be self-Motivated, result driven and goal oriented
• Excellent attendance levels and reliability
• Valid rights to work in Australia 
• Ability to work Dayshift between  6:00am to 2:30pm Mon to Fri
• Ability to work cohesively with other team leaders / supervisors
• Have proof of COVID 19 Vaccination
