Warehouse Operator – Air & Sea

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play an integral role in the logistics supply chain, ensuring freight is received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for handling diverse cargo types while maintaining strict compliance with operational and safety procedures.

Your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers

• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts

• Packing and unpacking containers and airline ULDs

• Picking and packing orders

• Moving goods in and out of the warehouse

• Conducting daily safety checks and maintaining warehouse cleanliness

• Reporting damaged, suspicious or spilled goods

• Updating and entering data into warehouse systems

• Working towards KPIs and performance targets

• Assisting with general warehouse operations as directed

This role requires physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A current Forklift Licence (essential)

• Proven warehouse experience (essential)

• High Reach forklift experience

• Basic computer skills

• The ability to obtain an ASIC Card

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
