Leaders in Recruitment
Zoom Recruitment has worked for nearly 2 decades to help make and mould Australia through consulting and recruitment across almost every sector you can think of. Today, we pride ourselves in our people-first approach to recruitment where we prioritise the human behind the resume and act as the middleman between job and recruit to elevate both beyond where they expect.
Recruitment is the cornerstone of Australian Industry, and we know above all else that leadership is what’s needed to guide us through what will be a tumultuous few years. We like to zoom out with some of our social programs and our investigative magazine to get a better picture of who we need to be for our industry.
Zoom-In Magazine: Industry Insights from the horse’s mouth
As the world worked its way out of the pandemic, we at Zoom Recruitment realised the industries of Australia – recruitment most of all – were missing one thing: transparency.
Within industries there are known truths, shorthand’s and insider gossip, but from the outside the realities of the various sectors that move Australia forward are often unclear.
We decided that this needed to change, and we were the ones to change it. Zoom-In is a magazine not about Zoom Recruitment’s outputs or capabilities, it’s an honest accounting of the industries we serve with a journalistic approach allowing us to identify the trends of the time. We hope to give a voice to our industries and most of all explore the people that man the machines and run the board rooms. In short, Zoom-In is the industry’s first journalistic paper, and with the help of experts from within and outside of the industry,
it puts people front and centre for the first time. For more, you can find Zoom-In online

What does it take to make people matter every day?
We always say that people are our most precious resource, and we work hard to ensure this is not an empty platitude. On top of our messaging and our project like the Zoom-In magazine, we ensure we’re enacting actionable change daily.
We work to address inequities in recruitment and work tirelessly with ex-offenders and asylum seekers to even the playing field and give them a fair shot at casual or permanent positions. We are dedicated to engaging our own people, a team of like-minded individuals who believe that when people are respected and seen, they can move mountains. We work with young people and local organisations to support our community and make the future brighter for everyone.
