About the Position:
Reporting to the Team leader and working at our branch situated in Mascot, NSW, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of Key Clients.
• Proactively maintain client relationships through ongoing interactions and regular reviews.
• Recruit and manage external workforce teams to meet our client needs.
• Cross-sell other services offered by our agency.
• Coordinate and resolve issues and queries relating to rates, EBA’s, Safety and payroll.

Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this dynamic role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Prior Agency based Account Management experience and a solid understanding of the Blue Collar labour-hire industry.
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and organic client growth.
• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective time management.
• Proficiency in using Recruitment Systems such as FastTrack, Broadbean, Smart AI
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and deliver under pressure.
