We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of industrial clients and casual workforce. This is an opportunity for a confident recruiter who knows how to run a busy desk, build strong client relationships, and contribute positively within a high-performing operations team.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across an established client portfolio.

This role suits someone who is confident managing a busy desk, strengthening client partnerships, and identifying & maximising opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.

We’re particularly interested in individuals who take genuine ownership of their accounts and see the bigger picture when it comes to long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of established industrial clients
• Conduct regular service reviews and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-volume casual workforce
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records using FastTrack360
• Lead toolbox talks, site visits, and WHS walk-throughs to uphold safety standards
• Work closely with internal teams to support workforce planning and service delivery
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand services within existing accounts
• Contribute positively to the overall performance and standards of the branch

  About You

  You’re an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high service standards.

  You bring:

• Proven experience in agency recruitment or labour hire account management
• Strong understanding of high volume industrial recruitment and labour hire compliance
• Confidence managing a busy desk and multiple client relationships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High levels of initiative, ownership and accountability
• A commercially aware mindset and the ability to recognise opportunities within accounts
• Tech confidence – FastTrack360 experience highly regarded
