About The Role
Due to our continued growth and new client partnerships, we are seeking an experienced On-Site Consultant to manage a key Client in Whyalla, South Australia. This role reports to Regional Operations Manager. 

Key Responsibilities

– Ensure smooth site operations and high-quality service for both clients and casual staff
– Deliver exceptional customer service to line managers and casual workers, primarily warehouse workers. 
– Address and resolve invoice and payroll issues with support from the Accounts team
– Conduct recruitment as needed.
– Facilitate tool box meetings, site walk-throughs, and start-ups
– Maintain accurate records in FastTrack and ensure compliance
– Report to key stakeholders as required

About You
You will have:

– Experience in an On-Site Account Management role or a similar agency-based consultant/account management position
– Strong customer service and communication skills
– Proficient in computer use with  good attention to detail (FastTrack experience preferred)
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
– Effective problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
