Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Transport Allocator for an ongoing opportunity based in Erskine Park. This is a full-time, 5 days per week role with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocating daily runs to drivers efficiently and effectively
• Coordinating and scheduling deliveries across metro and regional routes
• Liaising with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals
• Monitoring fleet movements and responding to delays or issues
• Communicating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining accurate records and transport documentation

About You:

• Previous experience in transport allocation, scheduling or fleet coordination
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage driver relationships
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Sound knowledge of transport compliance and fatigue management (preferred)
