Assembly and Production Workers

About the Client

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer of premium pool and spa equipment, supplying high-quality products to residential and commercial customers nationwide.

They are currently seeking reliable and motivated Assembly and Production Workers to join their manufacturing facility in Keysborough. There are a variety of production areas available, and full on-the-job training will be provided depending on where your skills and strengths are best suited.

Day Shift: Monday to Friday – 7am to 3:06pm – $33.85 per hour + Super

Key Duties

• Assembling pool and spa equipment, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters and electronic components
• Using hand and air-powered tools to assemble mechanical and electrical components
• Following work instructions to complete detailed assembly tasks
• Assembling small electronic components and wiring
• Operating or assisting with production and automated machinery
• Performing product testing and quality inspections
• Complete high-volume packing, labelling and preparation of finished products for dispatch
• Handling materials and components, with some areas involving regular lifting

About You

We’re looking for reliable, motivated candidates with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Previous assembly experience isn’t essential, with candidates from production, pick packing or similar hands-on environments encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

• Manufacturing, production or assembly
• Machine operation
• High-volume pick packing or process work
• Hand, power or air tools
• Electrical, mechanical or technical work
• Quality checking and repetitive, detailed tasks

You will also:

• Be reliable, punctual and available Monday to Friday
• Be comfortable following detailed work instructions
• Have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
• Be capable of the manual handling requirements of your assigned area
