Call Centre Op – Inbound
Zoom Recruitment are seeking experienced Customer Service Operators to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Arndell Park. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume call environment and enjoys delivering reliable, professional customer service.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and supporting day-to-day operations. You’ll liaise closely with internal teams to ensure accurate information is provided and customer enquiries are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing high volumes of inbound customer calls
- Responding to enquiries, bookings, and service requests
- Liaising with operations, logistics, and production teams
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurate data entry and record keeping within internal systems
About You:
- Previous experience in a high-volume inbound call environment
- Customer service experience within manufacturing, transport, or logistics is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
