Responsibilities

• Collaborate with machine operators to execute main road and industrial projects efficiently.
• Perform concreting tasks including but not limited to footpaths, pavements, gutters, and curbs.
• Execute screeding, boxing, shoring, compacting, and levelling tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support the team with various labor tasks outside the scope of concreting when required.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Contribute to a culture of mutual respect and inclusion within the workplace.

  Qualifications

• Completion of Trade Certification in Concreting or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to carry out concreting tasks effectively and independently.
• Solid understanding and prior experience with screeding, boxing, shoring, compacting, and levelling.
• Possess own basic tools necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
