Job Title: Concrete Labourer

Overview

Currently looking for dedicated and skilled Concrete Labourers to contribute to our civil concrete projects. This position offers an initial project duration of approximately 6 months, with the potential for reliable workers to transition into full-time permanent roles on future projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction of civil concrete works such as boxing, footpaths, and foundations.
• Perform physically demanding duties and maintain productivity while adhering to safety standards.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of tasks while working collaboratively in diverse teams.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely to perform tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, showcasing resilience and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in civil concrete works, with a strong understanding of relevant techniques and processes.
• Possession of a valid White Card, demonstrating a commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required to reach various work sites.
• Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks regularly.
• Demonstrated reliability and the ability to work consistently from Monday to Friday.
• Experience working on civil projects, particularly outdoors, with an understanding of working cohesively within concrete teams.
• A commitment to promoting safety, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace.
