Contact Centre Operator
Our client is a leading marketer of LPG gas and is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Contact Centre team in Mulgrave.
About the Role:
This is a casual ongoing role, available 5 days a week, work from office. The position involves a mix of administrative, customer service – Primarily Inbound calling, and data-related tasks.

What you’ll do:

Handle high volumes of inbound calls and assist customers with enquiries.

Provide professional and friendly service.

Accurately update and maintain customer records.
What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Work Hours/ Attire:
Current shifts operating Monday – Friday 08:30 – 4:30pm.
Casual Business Attire.
For the applicant to be successfull, he/she must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test as well as a clear Police check.
