We are a fast-paced and growing gas company based in Lytton seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for a wide range of customers.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, providing professional and efficient support to both commercial and domestic customers. You will handle a high volume of phone calls, assist with service enquiries, and ensure all customer interactions are managed with care and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Act as the first point of contact for all customer interactions

Assist both commercial and residential customers with enquiries and service requests

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

About You:

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Professional phone manner and a customer-first attitude

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Must have full Australian working rights
