Customer Service Officer – Gas & Gear Store

📍 Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast

🕗 Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

💲 $36.68 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our Gas & Gear Store team based in Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role offering stable hours, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work with a well-established business servicing a wide range of customers and industries.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day store operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers in-store and over the phone

Processing sales and customer orders

Providing product information and recommendations

Coordinating stock and inventory enquiries

General administrative and store support duties

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service or retail experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good computer and administrative skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
